At Benchmark, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused equipment or apparel back into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
