What is the Benchmark return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like compression base layers and water bottles are final sale unless defective.
How long does shipping take for performance equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For heavy gym equipment, we use specialized freight carriers which may take 7-10 business days for delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Benchmark ships to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Benchmark technical gear and equipment come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular athletic use.
